Eight casino doors stand around Edmonton, and each opens on something besides the gaming floor: a stage, a hotel, a late kitchen, a racetrack or an indoor link. Pick what the evening needs, and the doors that have it open.

Eight doors, one map

The eight doors spread out from Sir Winston Churchill Square, in straight lines. Grand Villa Casino Edmonton stands 0.5 km away, PURE Casino Edmonton 5.1 km and Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton 6.3 km. Farther out come PURE Casino Yellowhead at 7.5 km, Starlight Casino Edmonton at 9.0 km and Century Casino St. Albert at 11.5 km. At PURE Yellowhead, the Pearl Showroom holds up to 500 standing. PURE Edmonton has The Social, for private events of up to 85. St. Albert has no hotel and no separate showroom, but its kitchens serve past 11 pm. Century Mile has a full one-mile racetrack and no hotel on site.

Ways in from indoors

Behind Grand Villa Casino Edmonton, Ford Hall links the downtown pedway to Rogers Place and MacEwan LRT station. The casino lists direct access from the station. Starlight Casino Edmonton sits on Level 2 of West Edmonton Mall, next to the ice rink and Zara, with its own outside door at Entrance 9 on 90 Avenue. Fantasyland Hotel is inside the same mall, with an indoor connection.

Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton keeps its 26-room hotel attached to the casino. Below ground, a complimentary heated garage has 300 spaces, plus 600 on the surface.

River Cree Resort & Casino does not share a roof with the mall. No ETS bus or LRT reaches it, so the resort runs a free shuttle from West Edmonton Mall every 30 minutes. The full schedule is not published online; the Casino Players Club gives times at 780-930-2562.

Stages by published capacity

Five rooms around Edmonton publish a capacity, and the bars below are drawn from those figures. The Venue at River Cree holds up to 2,500, depending on setup. Every show there is 18+, and the hall is entered through the main entrance. On this site a stage counts as big at 500 or more.

Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton has two rooms: a Showroom seating about 500 for concerts, and a room of about 200 that hosts Yuk Yuk's Comedy Club. The Pearl Showroom at PURE Casino Yellowhead is 18+ and holds up to 500 standing, with a stage, dance floor and full-service bar. The Social at PURE Casino Edmonton takes private events of up to 85. The guide does not track what is on stage on a given night.

Online play in Alberta

Alberta's regulated online gaming market launched on July 13, 2026. The Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) manages it, and AGLC regulates it. An operator must register with AGLC and sign an operating agreement with AiGC to run legally. Play Alberta, at PlayAlberta.ca, is the province's own site, run by AGLC.

Registered operators must make sure that only players physically located in Alberta can play. The legal gambling age is 18. To check a site, look it up in the AiGC directory at abigaming.ca/players/registered-igaming-sites. If an operator is not listed there, it is not regulated, and approved operators display the AiGC logo.

This page is the one place on edmontoncasino.online with paid links. All of them are marked Ad and lead to one online casino partner, and the site earns a commission. The partner can change, so a reader should check any site in the AiGC directory before opening an account.
